The Foundations Package

Perfect for venues seeking operational structure and reliable support.

Includes:

  • Centralized booking calendar and inquiry management

  • Client intake and contract processing

  • Onsite walkthroughs and venue access coordination

  • Preferred vendor list creation and upkeep

  • Monthly performance report

  • Monthly staff meeting

 Management Fee: 15% of monthly venue revenue

The Elevate Package

Ideal for venues wanting hands-on oversight and elevated client experience.

Includes everything in Essentials, plus:

  • Full event-day management (client liaison, timeline coordination, logistics)

  • Event supply rental coordination & inventory tracking

  • Financial tracking (invoices, deposits, payment reminders)

  • Monthly marketing support (social media features, listing sites)

  • Quarterly strategy sessions for growth

Management Fee: 25% of monthly venue revenue

The Legacy Package 

Designed for venues ready for full-scale management and growth partnership.

Includes everything in Signature, plus:

  • Full venue operations oversight (staff scheduling, training, payroll support)

  • Comprehensive marketing & sales strategy (ads, branding, content creation)

  • Vendor partnership & sponsorship development

  • Monthly financial statements and profit/loss reports

  • Event booking goals with performance incentives

  • Dedicated Venue Manager on-site as needed

Management Fee: 35% of monthly venue revenue.
